Verona Beach
Elizabeth B. Garrigian Frey, 86, of Verona Beach, passed away on Wednesday,
July 13, 2011, at the Eastern Star Home, Oriskany.
She was born on January 12, 1925, in Utica, to the late Robert and Eva Garrigian. Elizabeth graduated from Utica Free Academy. She married Robert E. Frey in Washington DC, in 1945. Robert passed away in 1997. Elizabeth worked at Sears and Robucks Co. in catalogue sales until she retired in 1995. She was a founding member of the crafty ladies of Sylvan Beach.
Elizabeth is survived by her daughter, Donna Woods, FL.; her son, Robert Frey, Verona Beach; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two sisters, Patricia Mericari and Roberta Cleveland both of PA; nieces, and nephews.
A graveside ceremony will be held on Monday, July 18, 2011 at 1:00PM at Westmoreland Cemetery on Stone Rd., Westmoreland. Arrangements made by Owens-Pavlot & Rogers Funeral Service, Inc, 35 College St., Clinton.
The family extends a special thank you to the Eastern Star Campus and their staff.
